Caring for others has never been just my profession. It is my purpose. I founded Aurora Assisted Living LLC to provide the kind of care I would want for my own family.
Before opening Aurora, I spent over 10 years at Regions Hospital, where I built a strong clinical foundation caring for patients with complex medical needs.
Today, as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Assisted Living Director, and owner, I remain personally involved in every aspect of our home, from resident care and staff education to supporting families through every step of their journey.
I believe the smallest acts of kindness often make the biggest difference. At Aurora, every resident is known by name, treated with dignity and compassion, and cared for like family. To us, they are never just a room number.

Pang's hands-on leadership shapes a home where compassionate, dependable support is available 24 hours a day.
Aurora Assisted Living LLC is a residential assisted living home in St. Paul, Minnesota. With a maximum of five residents, Aurora is designed to offer familiar routines, attentive support, and meaningful relationships in a comfortable home setting. The care philosophy centers on dignity, choice, cultural responsiveness, and getting to know each resident as an individual. Families are invited to communicate openly with the care team and take an active role in planning support that reflects their loved one’s preferences, traditions, and daily needs.
We believe support should expand a person's sense of self, not diminish it.
